Jessica Esenam Addo is a dynamic business leader and certified Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) professional with over nine years of progressive experience across the oil and gas, engineering, and financial services sectors in Ghana. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Green GG7 Ltd, a clean cooking gas marketing and distribution company committed to improving LPG accessibility and logistical efficiency for underserved communities.
Jessica’s career reflects a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance expertise. Prior to her current role, she was HSSE Manager at Xpress Gas Limited, where she established and led the company’s Health & Safety department from inception. She spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) and maintained an exceptional safety record of zero fatalities, zero explosions, and zero regulatory shutdowns during her tenure.
In addition to her HSSE leadership, Jessica has held key executive and managerial roles including General Manager at Europump Ghana Limited, a company she co-founded, where she drove operational growth averaging 30% annually and implemented systems that achieved 99% inventory accuracy. Her earlier roles in business development and B2B operations at Xpress Gas Limited were marked by consistent double-digit sales growth, successful station conversions, improved logistics efficiency, and strengthened regulatory compliance across multiple retail outlets.
Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. She also earned the International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Nebosh, UK, along with multiple certifications in LPG safety, compliance monitoring, anti-money laundering, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
